** ALL FOOD VENDOR SPOTS HAVE NOW BEEN FILLED ** Traditionally, vendors who have had a booth in previous years are able to reserve their same spaces at future events. Payment must be included with your application to reserve space. Only a limited number of food booths are sold to insure that everyone is successful. Vendors may only sell items which they have named in application. Proof of insurance is required as well as local permit ALL VENDORS must fill out the Vendor Application Form which can be downloaded here. You may also request a complete application be mailed to you by contacting the Grants Mainstreet office at 800-550-3573 or by email at info@fireandicebikerally.com. ALSO be sure to complete BOTH copies of the City of Grants Vendor Permit and mail ONE back to Grants Mainstreet and mail ONE to: City of Grants FOOD VENDORS ONLY - Be sure to complete the Temporary Food Service Application portion (TWO pages) and mail it to: NM Environment Department PLEASE use the Vendor Cover Sheet to make sure you have everything completed before arriving for the event. |
